Location was convenient to the highway.
Our room wasn't ready once we arrived, so they offered us an accessible room. The shower was small, the A/C was awful. We complained and management told us they reset the whole A/C system, but it never cooled. Our refrigerator was frozen, so we had to call for that. The parking lot is full of birds, so be prepared to run your car through a car wash once you leave. The breakfast buffet was a disaster and unorganized. Flies were all around the tables. I had reserved the same hotel for an event in November, but I have canceled it and booked somewhere else. Our stay was a disappointment giving that we stay at the Embassy Suites all over and never experienced all of these inconveniences.

I greatly enjoyed free and warm breakfast, nice views.
Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this branded hotel. The room was good-sized and brand-new, featured a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea making facilities. A bathtub in the spacious bathroom was super...

The Embassy Suites is a good value, the amenities and service are top notch.
The only issue was at check in there was only one clerk at the desk, and we had to wait for her to finish with another guest on the phone.

The food, the atmosphere, the room. Everything was great during my overnight stay.
I was overcharged on the bill. I e mailed the price I agreed to when I booked the room but I was charged more when I checked out but I did not notice until I returned. I sent an e-mail but I have not recieved a response.

The lobby was newly renovated and offered a fresh vibe, made our visit enjoyable. Try getting a room on a higher floor to avoid some noise from the street.

The breakfast was amazing along with the serving time.
Sofa bed needs better mattress and poor tv signal in some channels in living area.

missingWrote a review on 19 Octrude staffbroken a/c
We faced multiple issues . The first room had a broken A/C, unbearable in the heat. After switching rooms several times due to problems, we finally settled into one with a working A/C, but it still wasn't satisfactory. To make matters worse, the rude staff added to our frustration, as they were unhelpful when we needed assistance.
